Built to Race Motorsports Campaign

Challenge

The university wanted to maximize the impact of its high five-figure sponsorship of the Craftsman Truck Series across two races through an ad campaign but lacked the internal resources to execute it. The ad campaign had to be built from the group up and launched in less than a month.

Solution

We partnered with the university and its creative teams to identify the best platforms, ad types and approaches.

We built a holistic ad campaign that included landing pages, lead-generation, on-site tours and data collection.

We designed the ad campaign to serve as a template the university could use independently in the future, if desired or needed.

Outcome

The campaign reached 2 million accounts, delivered 3 million impressions, drove nearly 20,000 landing page views, generated 28 form fills, and brought in approximately 50 attendees to the open house.

Despite new constraints imposed by the platform, we still found a way to help the university market to its target audience.

A scalable template the university can use in future advertising.
